I am a retired nutritionist with degrees in education, food science, and dietetics. Background experiences include work at universities, community settings, and research venues, along with counseling patients in private practice.  Through the years my students and clients have taught me volumes about personal relationships with food and how that affects eating habits.  Changing habits for better health is truly a journey that moves from day to day.
